Does your bicycle have trouble coming to a stop? Is there a loud squealing noise when you squeeze your brakes? Ever wondered what the difference between a cantilever and a V-brake is? Then this is the workshop for you!
Happening Saturday September 26th, 1-3PM. This workshop will be held outdoors, at The WRENCH’s Forks location!
All about brakes, this workshop will help you learn about different types of brakes found on bicycles, how they work, and how to repair them! From levers to calipers and everything in between.
Workshop is free (donations always welcome), no registration or previous experience necessary.
*Note this workshop will not focus on hydraulic disc brakes.
We are excited to announce that we will be offering Volunteer Orientations, Volunteer Shop and Mellow Vélo on weekends starting October 3rd.
Registration is now required for all WRENCH activities, as we are restricting the number of people in the shop at one time. Please email Sarah at email@example.com to sign up for any weekend programming.
Please note that some of the time-slots have changed from what they once were (Volunteer Shop is now most Saturdays from 3-5pm, Volunteer Orientations are on the first Saturday of the month, either 1-2:30 or 3-4:30 depending on the month, and Mellow Vélo is bi-weekly on Sundays from 2-5pm).
For specific information about each program and when exactly they will be offered, please check out our website Calendar.
We have scheduled programming on our Calendar until the end of December, check back in the coming months for our January 2021 programming schedule.
