Winter Storage and Tune Ups

Your bike's haven during the off season.

Don't leave your bike out in the cold. Opt for the WRENCH's Winter Storage and Tune-up service. Drop off your bike in mid-November, and rest easy knowing it's securely stored in our climate-controlled facility. Our experienced mechanics will give it a tune-up of your choice, ensuring it's ready for the road by early April.

Before filling out the form below, take a moment to select the level of service you'd like. You can add multiple bikes with different levels of service.

Select a tune-up package from our 3 levels of service:

1) Safe and Sound - $50.

Keep your bike safe and sound this winter, and out of your way! Stored in our secure and climate controlled secret location. Returned to you in the spring tires pumped and wiped down.

2) The Essentials - $90. Keeps everything running smooth

Includes: Light cleaning of the frame and components. Derailleur adjustment. Minor truing of wheels. Adjust brakes. Chain lube. Inflate tires. Safety Check.

3) Refresh - $135. A great way to start or finish your riding season

A more in depth service covering key aspects of maintenance, adjustments, and common replacements to ensure the reliability and longevity of your bike.

Light cleaning of the frame and components. Derailleur adjustment. Minor truing of wheels. Adjust brakes. Inflate tires. Replacement of shift cables as needed. Drivetrain parts removed, cleaned, reinstalled and adjusted. Lube of chain. Safety Check.

Terms and Conditions

By utilizing the Winter Storage and Tune-Ups service ("Service") offered by the WRENCH, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Period: Bikes will be collected in mid-November and returned to customers from late march through mid-April.

Inaccessibility: Once you bike is in storage, it will not be accessible until the return date. Please ensure you have removed all personal items and accessories from the bike prior to storage.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of bike drop-off or upon scheduling an appointment. Services will not be rendered until payment is received in full.

Condition: While we will make every effort to maintain the integrity of your bike, we are not responsible for any scratches, dings, or other cosmetic damage that may occur during the storage or the tune-up process.

Additional Repairs: By using this service, you agree to be contacted during the storage period should our mechanics find your bike to be unsafe and in need of additional repairs.

Insurance: The WRENCH carries insurance for customer goods in our care. In the event of damage or theft, a claim will be made, and the customer will deal directly with our insurance company for resolution.

Liability: Except where covered by our insurance, the WRENCH is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of bikes or accessories.

Late Collection: Bikes not collected within 45 days after the end of the service period may be considered abandoned and may be donated or sold, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Amendments: These terms are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance of the Service Period.
